It was bound to happen. You can only keep something this good a secret for so long. In 2009, Menno Cross went mainstream when it was added to the Manitoba Cycling Association Cyclocross Calendar. It was also shifted to coincide with CMU's Homecoming festivities. The result: 99 racers and festival-like atmosphere.
